1 Day: Panoramic Photography – Post Processing

Los Gatos, California

July 31, 2016

8 participants (SOLD OUT)

You have captured pano images following the “sketching technique” and paid attention to all your settings. When everything is done to perfection in the field, stitching panos would seem to be an easy task. However, your nodal point wasn’t perfectly set and your images are not lining up as expected, you decided to capture images for increased depth of field (focus stacking), you want to correct some perspective and frustratingly your computer doesn’t have enough “horse power” to process your pano.

This pano post processing workshop tackles many of these challenges when processing panos. You’ll learn the “Trial technique” which will save you countless hours of trials and tribulation and you’ll have a chance to see first hand how your pano is put together.

You’ll also get in depth demonstration of software designed specifically for processing panos (stacking and merging), their pros and cons, and the pitfalls the instructor has learned over the years. It will save you many hours of figuring out what is the best solution for your needs.

Upon signing up for the workshop, you will receive a coursebook that details the photoshoot locations, what to bring and a workflow for pano photography.

What you'll learn:
• “Trial technique”, save time and increase quality
• Focus stacking, hands-on
• Stitching with various software, pros and cons
• Sketching technique – how to implement in post
• Post Processing your panos for accuracy, detail emphasis, and composition
• Matching tonality, perspective control, adjustment
• Last step before you publish (sizing, ratio, sharpening)
• How to immerse yourself in panoramic photography (not to be missed!)

We are looking forward to meeting you at the post processing panoramic photography workshop.

Don't delay your registration, as there is very few sessions scheduled this year.
