Join Jennifer Koney at The Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center for the closing reception of 55 Inches - Abstraction meets Reality. The show has had a tremendous success with local residents and visitors of the Shoreline Interpretive Center. “What a wonderful show. I love the juxtaposition of paintings and photographs”, says Mark from Palo Alto. Bob and Chris also added: “We live in Redwood City and we were not aware of the water level rise. What a great way to provide awareness. Art is the way to go.”

Don’t miss the opportunity to view the show before April 12. The Shoreline Interpretive Center is open on weekends, and during weekdays by appointment.

Artist Walk Thru on Feb 22 at 11AM.

Oliver will discuss the “Behind the Scene” on how the images came to fruition, why the show is called 55 inches, and how he feels when photographic in Alaska, Antarctica, and Iceland.

After the Artist Walk Thru (2PM) , join a group of experts on Sea Level Rise at the Castro Valley library.

Orinda Hiking club visits the 55 Inches Exhibit.

“What a great way to start our hike. The exhibit is very inspiring and insightful” One participant. Over 30 hikers from Orinda made a stop at the Shoreline Interpretive Center to view the exhibit. It was one of the highlights of their monthly program. Everybody was very attentive when the meaning of 55 Inches was revealed. The show went up today. A full crew was on site installing Jennifer Koney's 7 large paintings and Oliver Klink's 29 images.
