Workshop Terms & Conditions

We accept Check, Money Order, and Credit Cards (via Google).

Cancellations, Delays & Refunds - No refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, either before or during your workshop. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to any delays or cancellations.

If payments are made by check or money order, any appropriate refund will be made by check. If payments are made by credit card, any refund will be credited to the same credit card. Cancellation fees are not transferable.

1. Reservations

A full payment and completed Release and Waiver of Liability form will reserve a place for you on the IncredibleTravelPhotos workshop. Trip fees are quoted in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We must receive written notice of your cancellation (email Oliver Klink), at which time the following fees apply:

• 90 days or more before departure: $350 per person (for workshop 4 days or longer)
• 90 days or more before departure: $100 per person (for workshop shorter than 4 days)
• 89 to 61 days before departure: 50% of trip fee
• 60 or fewer days before departure: 100% of trip fee

No partial refunds are made for unused portions of a workshop for any reason whatsoever. Cancellation fee are not transferable.

3. Health Considerations

IncredibleTravelPhotos workshops are within the capabilities of average people in good health. Once a trip has been confirmed, medical circumstances will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy. We assume no responsibility for medical care or for special dietary requirements.

4. Insurance

All participants are strongly urged to purchase travel protection insurance.

5. Responsibility

A Release form must be signed by each participant prior to the commencement of the trip. Participation by any trip member will be declined in absence of the signed release of liability form, with no trip fee refund. No modification to the terms of the Release and Assumption of Risk form will be accepted.

IncredibleTravelPhotos or its Agents can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the participant.

IncredibleTravelPhotos reserved the right to 1) substitute hotels of similar category 2) cancel workshop prior to departure, in which case full refund of the workshop fee will be given. IncredibleTravelphotos is not responsible for any trip cancellation expenses (therefore we encourage travel insurance) 3) substitute trip leader (s), in which case the substitution is not a basis for participant cancellation

6. Contact Schedule

Upon signing up for a workshop, you’ll receive a confirmation email (to email address you used to sign up for the workshop) that your registration has been accepted. You’ll then receive an email that includes a coursebook, which details the logistics of the workshop (what to bring, recommended accommodation, typical daily schedule). This email is sent latest 3 months before the start of the workshop. A final reminder email is sent one to two weeks before the workshop. It includes the final planning and location where to meet (if changed).

This Release and Waiver of Liability is executed this ______ day of _____________, 
__________ by _________________________________ in favor of IncredibleTravelPhotos, 
its directors, officers, employees, and agents. This waiver has been put in place 
for the protection of all parties that will be attending the (name of workshop) 
_____________________ Workshop on (date)_______________. 

I, hereby freely and voluntarily, without duress, execute this Release under the following terms:

1. Waiver and Release I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless 
IncredibleTravelPhotos and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, 
demands, and causes of action, of whatever kind of nature, either in law or equity, which 
may hereafter arise from my participation with the IncredibleTravelPhotos workshop and/or any 
project, activity, or event sponsored, managed, arranged, or promoted by, or otherwise affiliated 
or associated with the IncredibleTravelPhotos workshop.

I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges IncredibleTravelPhotos, from any 
liability or claim that I may have against IncredibleTravelPhotos, with respect to any bodily 
or other injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation. I also 
understand that IncredibleTravelPhotos does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide 
financial assistance or other assistance, including, but not limited to, medical, health, or 
disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, or property damage.

2. Assumption of Risk I understand that my participation with IncredibleTravelPhotos and/or any 
project, activity, or event sponsored, managed, arranged, or promoted by, or otherwise affiliated 
or associated with IncredibleTravelPhotos may include activities that may be hazardous to me. I 
further recognize and understand that such participation may involve certain inherently dangerous 
activities. I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm in the activities 
and release IncredibleTravelPhotos from all liability for injury, illness, death, and/or property 
damage that may result.

3. Other. I expressly understand and agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive 
as permitted by law, and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with 
the laws of this state, county, city and/or township. I agree that in the event that any clause or 
provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the 
invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this 
Release.
